About Me

I enjoy offering a caring, non-judgmental, and safe space to explore challenges and utilize your strengths to help you cope effectively, be present, and get the most out of your life. If you often find yourself feeling angry, sad, worried, numb, or like you are living in "autopilot" mode and just going through the motions, I will work collaboratively with you to help you reclaim your life. I believe that living a healthy, balanced, mindful life with good boundaries can completely transform your day-to-day experience to one filled with gratitude, happiness, and a sense of calm.

Education & Experience

With a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and more than 10 years of experience, I have training and expertise in women's mental health, with a focus on treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, postpartum disorders, trauma, and adverse childhood experiences. As an MLADC, I also have expertise in treating substance use disorders, both to individuals coping with substance use disorders and for family members who are impacted by their loved one's addictive behaviors. I am trained in EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I utilize evidenced based therapeutic techniques to facilitate change.
