About Me

As a former corporate marketing and business development executive, I intimately understand the pressures of high-stress environments. With degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and Harvard Business School, I bring a unique perspective to therapy. Specializing in EMDR therapy for perfectionism, anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma, I have personally witnessed its profound benefits. When appropriate, I also incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and attachment therapy, fostering healing on multiple levels. As a Board member of the Center for Reflective Communities, I focus on nurturing healthy relationships and facilitating attachment-based treatments. Whether in-person at Hermosa Beach or online, my goal is to guide you through life's challenges and help you find balance and healing. Teletherapy services are available for clients across California, ensuring support no matter your location. Your well-being is my priority, and I am dedicated to offering the personalized care you deserve.
