I have worked with many people over the years just like you. You may find yourself dealing with a trauma as world problems continue to escalate or are anxious about what is happening around you or you may have lost touch with your self and live in a crushing sadness. Wherever you find yourself on this journey through life, I will meet you where you are and walk with you. We were never meant to walk alone at these times. As a Naropa graduate, I work with eastern and western traditions of self-discovery and healing to tailor sessions directly to you. I work with teens and adults through talk, play, art and other modes of self-expression to resolve what feels stuck.
