About Me

I've been passionate about helping others heal from trauma since 2003 when I began this journey working for the Red Cross in disaster services. I had internships at sexual abuse & domestic violence agencies early on & learned the impact trauma had on all areas of life. EMDR was an amazing addition as a tool to help process & heal and I incorporated that into my work in 2012. I love EMDR because it works on all the parts affected by trauma- our thoughts, feelings & body. I believe in healing the whole person and am trained in yoga & other forms of energy work (reiki) that can help amplify EMDR.
