I am well versed in evidenced based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused techniques, and trained in EMDR.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master Degree in Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. I’ve assisted clients to overcome the following challenges: substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, stress, life-transition, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, perinatal and postpartum depression.
