I specialize in working with busy, high-achieving individuals and the challenges they face. I am warm, yet direct, and as a former coach and Division I athlete, know what it takes to help top performers overcome obstacles and reach their goals. Particular areas of interest and expertise include Perfectionism, Codependence, Trauma, Food & Body Image Issues, Eating Disorders, Sport Performance & Performance Anxiety, Career & Stress Management, Professional Burnout, Self-esteem, and Impostor Syndrome. I’m a board-approved Licensed Professional Counseling Supervisor for ALC’s seeking full licensure in Alabama.
Education & Experience
I’ve been a practicing therapist for 17 years and am incredibly passionate about the work I do. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Women's Studies from The University of Michigan and my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
