About Me
If you are experiencing stress, PTSD, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or just feel like you are falling apart inside, I'm here to walk alongside you on the path to healing and recovery. With me as your ally, you will have the opportunity to heal from the wounds of the past and intentionally create your future. My experience working with victim/survivors of sexual assault and childhood sexual abuse has deeply informed my approaches to working with trauma and overwhelmingly stressful life experiences. Sometimes when bad things happen, we can feel like something has been taken from us, and it’s hard to find a way to get it back. While the events of the past cannot be erased or changed, there is hope for a life without these circumstances clouding the present.
