About Me

I am a trained EMDR therapist offering telehealth based therapy across California. I work with teens (13+), college aged & young adults, and adults. I believe each person holds the resources within them to adapt, grow, and move towards healing, but that when partnering with an experienced, compassionate professional we can move further, deeper, and quicker. My approach to therapy is warm, non-judgemental and collaborative as I aim to support each individual striving to make positive changes in their lives and move through difficult times. I utilize EMDR, CBT, DBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy and tailer my approach to each person.
