About Me

As a mental health professional, building trust with my clients is of the utmost importance to me. I understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable and intimidating experience, and I strive to make my clients feel comfortable and accepted from the very beginning. I approach each session with empathy and non-judgment, and work to establish a strong therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect and understanding. I am dedicated to providing high-quality care to all of my clients, and am constantly seeking to further my education and knowledge in order to better serve them. I will also tailor to individual needs by incorporating other evidence-based treatment approaches in order to suit my clients.
