Education & Experience

I specialized in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), an evidence-based effective treatment for clients experienced traumatic life events. I have also received advanced training in treating structural dissociation, somatization, and preverbal trauma. In my approach to couple therapy, I draw inspiration from two highly regarded methods: the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. These approaches provide a strong foundation for working with couples, as they offer flexibility and adaptability to address the unique challenges and dynamics within each relationship.
