About Me
My counseling approach is toward wellness and healing. People face many life challenges that may result in a state of brokenness, fatigue, and burnout. I will partner with you to find answers to hard questions, and solutions to your temporary and persistent life’s problems. I believe that counseling is a journey in which an equipped and experienced counselor walks alongside the person who seeks understanding and growth in certain life issues and behaviors. Counseling is never meant to be a passive experience – something being administered to you – but rather an active encounter that leads to growth and change for the better. I am a licensed professional counselor since 2010 with a PhD in counselor education and supervision. As an EMDR trained trauma therapist with a strong background in holistic, spiritual and wellness counseling, I am able to provide professional counseling to address your needs. You can be confident that you will have a good listener and helper. Counseling adults, and seniors is my passion.
