About Me
I believe in providing an affirmative and empathetic therapeutic space where clients feel supported, heard and safe. As a clinician, I am committed to helping individuals clarify and achieve their goals so that they are living their most fulfilling lives and feeling less stuck. Not only do I look to tackle immediate symptoms, I also look to explore unresolved traumas, emotions or childhood issues.
Education & Experience
Graduated from Columbia School of Social Work. I have worked at the Veterans Affairs, inpatient and outpatient doing individuals and couples counseling. I have also worked in the shelter system within NYC, family and MICA. I have been working in private practice prior to pandemic and continue to see clients virtually.
