About Me

Hello! My focus is working with adults who are struggling with relationship issues, poor self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. As a queer woman, I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community and ensuring that they have a safe space to go to for therapy. I value building strong, trusting relationships with my clients while making the most of each therapy session. Past clients would describe my therapy style as authentic, humorous, and empowering. My philosophy is that each client comes in with a unique set of traits, life experiences, and goals that will be integral in choosing which therapy style will be most effective. I primarily offer EMDR and person-focused therapies while incorporating IFS within my work.

Education & Experience

I attended the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I have a bachelor's in communication studies with a minor in psychology. I also have a master's in social welfare.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

Outside of EMDRIA, I am also affiliated with the Colorado Society for Clinical Social Work (CSCSW).
