About Me
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is an integral part to the healing journey. I work hard at creating trust and safety with those that I work with by providing an honest, authentic, and nonjudgmental presence. It is my goal to accept whatever a person may bring to therapy while also seeing the possibility of change. Seeking help takes courage. It requires vulnerability which can be scary and intimidating. I have spent many years fine tuning my areas of expertise and while my 15 plus years of experience and training play a huge role in helping individuals progress towards their goals, what is even more important to me is my ability to be human right along side them. I specialize in Perinatal/Reproductive Mental Health and I am a Maternal Mental Health Specialist. I am also trained in DBT, and mindfulness based CBT, and attachment trauma.
