About Me
I use a trauma-informed, somatic-based approach, specializing in trauma and sex therapy. I primarily use EMDR. I collaborate with specialized bodyworkers to offer specialized support for "Seen and Unseen Healing" - to specifically target scar tissue and chronic body pain. I work with individuals, small groups, and immersive retreat-style experiences (individual and small group).
