About Me
For over ten years, I have refined the services I provide to include what I’m most passionate about: trauma, perfectionism, first Generation (or second, third), Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Religious Trauma, Spiritual Abuse, and Generational. Trauma cycles ending and the alienation that often coincides with that. My education includes special training in communication styles, coping, and assorted therapeutic philosophies. Highlights of those experiences primarily circumvent physical manifestations of anxiety, anger, and trauma. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and am working towards full certification. My heart and soul belong to Narrative Therapy, which is rooted in Post Modernism. What discerns this from other therapeutic approaches is the understanding that you know yourself better than I do. To accentuate that I’m not just an ally, but a well-informed ally. I am mentored by a Global Education Institute (GEI) Certified World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) member, and gender-affirming services, including advocating for surgical preparedness for those 18 and older..
