I am a bicultural latina therapist living in the mountains of Colorado. I have the lived experience of being the mother to two living children and one who I was never able to meet. I am ever on the journey of beholding beauty - whether that be in the natural world or those who I am honored to sit beside.
Education & Experience
I am a certified IFS therapist, certified perinatal mental health professional, infant mental health therapist, and registered play therapist. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health from Denver Seminary and have had the honor of working with individuals and families for the last ten years in varying mental health capacities.
