About Me

Trauma impacts us in ways we can’t imagine. It affects human development and rewires our brain. I remember seeing the impact trauma from childhood had for my adult clients. I remember seeing elementary school children and the impact trauma has on their ability to develop healthy relationships. Processing trauma isn’t something you need to do alone. I can still remember meeting with a teen girl and seeing her relief after processing her trauma and expressing how much better she felt. Working through trauma allows my clients to feel relief and feel a decrease in their daily triggers. Together, we can create undo the trauma pathways in the brain and help make healthier connections. I have over 5 years of experience working with individuals experiencing complex trauma and personality disorders.

I graduated with MSW in 2017 from USC. Since graduation, I have worked in several different field with individuals experiencing trauma.
