About Me

I have a passion for executing assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning to assist clients. Both solution focused and evidence based approaches are utilized by me when working with clients. I implement a collaborative approach to allow clients to take the driver seat while I sit passenger side. With this approach, I assist clients by fostering a safe environment that allows them to feel comfortable holding the wheel and moving forward through their lives. Open to all age groups, I enjoy using my versatile skill set to help people get where they want to be.

Education & Experience

With a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling degree from Capella University, and currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology. Began practicing in February of 2020.
