About Me

I've worked in social services for over 30 years, 15 as a licensed clinical social worker providing care in a variety of settings to include inpatient, in correctional facilities, outpatient community mental health, and landing in private practice.
As a therapist I am excited to offer EMDR to the people I work with. In my work I came to a place of seeing the commonality of traumas in the narratives I have been privileged to hear that caused and perpetuated problems that none of those people wanted to have. Adding EMDR to what I offer in my practice has been integral to these people being able to build an over riding positive sense of self and change the course of things in their life that wasn't serving them. I am honored to be able to be on that healing journey with anyone who is ready to take that power back!
