About Me
I am a supportive, compassionate, non-judgemental therapist who will guide you through life's challenges. I specialize in helping adults understand their emotions, examine troubling thoughts, change behaviors and heal from past traumas. My goal is to help you develop solutions and tools to live a more fulfilling life. I have over 20 years of experience helping adults overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and difficult situations. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
