Preferred Name: Michelle

About Me

I have been working with individuals, children, teens, and families since 2009. I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental presence while working with individuals and families who have suffered traumatic experiences, developmental trauma and attachment issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, eating disorders, ASD, and family/parenting issues. I meet people where they are in their process to build a respectful therapeutic relationship in which we can work together towards individual goals of therapy. I believe in individuals' innate wisdom and am honored to be a part of the healing journey towards authenticity and one's best self. I understand that people are the way they are for reasons, and that past experiences can shape who we become. I work together with my clients to support them in changing patterns that are no longer useful.
