In addition to being a NJ- & NC-licensed clinical psychologist & board certified sport psychologist, I am a Mother Daughter Relationship Personal Trainer/Expert/Consultant who helps moms, mom professionals, and mompreneurs parent without guilt so they can attain their business & mom-daughter bonding goals using my TLMR® Framework. Education & Experience
Brown University -- B.A., Biology Cambridge College -- M.Ed., Integrated Studies/Counseling. Rutgers University -- Ed.D., Counseling Psychology I am a psychologist who is licensed to practice in NC & NJ. My practice focuses on providing both clinical services (for treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, & performance issues) and consultation, psychoeducational workshops, and training services to athletic teams, coaches, scholar-athletes, and organizations. I have over 20 years of experience in providing services to college-aged student and scholar athletes at the Division-I, Division-III, & Ivy League levels, including providing consultation services to Montclair State University's Men's Basketball & Rutgers University's Athletics & Sports Medicine Departments in the areas of sports injury recovery & peak performance. I am also an EMDR-Certified Therapist, an EMDRIA Approved Consultant & am certified in Evolving Thought Field Therapy (EvTFT).
