About Me

I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in holistic, body-centered approaches to therapy, including Gestalt Practice, Somatic EMDR, NeuroAffective Touch, Open Floor Therapy-in-Motion, ritual and nature connection. I help people in and through their troubles, transitions and traumas - finding more safety, support, ease, joy, wholeness and aliveness in their moments. Prior to becoming licensed as a therapist, I supported the dying and their families for more than seven years as a hospice social worker/counselor.​
