About Me
My journey toward becoming a therapist began with my own experiences in therapy. The healing and transformation I found through safe, compassionate relationships inspired me to create similar spaces for others. I know what it’s like to feel vulnerable, and I strive to use that understanding to guide and support my clients with authenticity and care. As a therapist, I bring empathy, warmth, and a strong attunement to the present moment. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, and together we will build a therapeutic relationship that prioritizes safety, trust, and collaboration. I view therapy as a partnership—one where we work side-by-side to explore your goals and uncover paths to healing. I am committed to balancing empathy with honesty in my approach. While I deeply value listening and understanding, I will also gently challenge beliefs or patterns that may be holding you back. Growth comes from a combination of acceptance and courageous self-reflection, and I am here to support you in that process every step of the way. Whether we’re exploring somatic techniques, practicing mindfulness, or reworking unhelpful narratives, my goal is to help you connect with your inner wisdom, heal past wounds, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
