About Me
With over 10 years of experience working with families, adults, and youth to help achieve the life they want to live. I have successfully treated survivors of intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression and stress drawing from various therapeutic approaches. Specialties include EMDR, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral therapy, family systems, motivational interviewing, crisis management and solution-focused therapy. I have received extensive training in family-centered therapeutic models including Attachment Regulation Competency therapy which is geared towards increasing attainment, identifying skills to regulate, and fostering ways for resilience in individuals, families, and various caregiving systems (i.e., biological, foster, residential) who have experienced complex trauma.
Education & Experience
I received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Development from the University of California, Davis and a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco.
