About Me
My focus is on treating military families, both active duty and veterans, in the hopes that your family systems begin to receive the attention and assistance that you have earned. I also have a passion for helping those struggling with mood disorders, such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and anxiety. Some of the methods utilized in treatment include, but are not limited to, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and several components of play therapy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida and Kentucky and an Independent Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor (IMFT-S) in Ohio under license numbers M4317, 262289, & F2100220, respectively. I am also a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) in Kentucky under license number 247969.
