About Me
I have been in practice for over two decades, empowering adults and adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health issues to achieve and maintain mental wellness. Areas of expertise include trauma recovery, adjusting to life changes, culturally competent LGBTQ+ care, managing anxiety and depression, substance use disorders, and athletic performance counseling. Over the past five years, I have been one of three therapists selected by Palm Beach County to provide supportive and culturally aware therapy to hundreds of youth and young adults in the LGBTQ+ community. My style is warm, and collaborative, and focuses on strengths and solutions. Clients have the advantage of a therapist who is trained and has vast experience in Evidence-Based Practices. I will meet you where you are on your journey, creating a space where you can freely share and gain insights that might be hard to discover on your own.
