About Me
I work with motivated clients who are looking to improve their daily lives through self-exploration, and are open to challenging their current patterns in order to reach their goals. I help clients struggling with depression, anxiety, feeling stuck, work/life stress, relationship issues, past trauma, or managing the daily challenges. I work with adolescents, teens, and adults with issues around Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and acute mental health challenges including Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia. My style of therapy is based in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Gestalt styles, and I have a background in Depth Psychotherapy. I am also practicing EMDR to help my clients treat and manage past trauma. I looks forward to working with individuals and being a part of the journey to help them reach their goals, improve their daily lives, and move forward towards the person they want to become.
Education & Experience
I gained my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychotherapy from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
