About Me

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed and emotionally disconnected? Do you find yourself in frustrating, painful patterns of self-sabotage? Do you desire to connect more deeply with yourself and others? I believe we all have a deep longing and capacity to be whole and connected to ourselves and others. I provide individual, couples and family therapy and specialize in working with trauma and relationship issues. My goal is to empower you to break free from trauma cycles so you can create who you want to become and experience healthy, secure relationships. My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative and consists of trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and somatically-based experiential techniques. I believe helping clients make connections with their mind – body – and spirit, as well as with others, creates the path to healing and living their true selves. I cultivate a warm, safe, non-judgmental environment that offers room for growth and positive change. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy and aim to meet each client with compassion, attunement, and collaboration. I look forward to hearing from you and setting up an initial consultation.
