My work is characterized by a client-centered strength approach drawing on and adding to the individual’s resources through a trustful, reliable and authentic relationship focused on the individual's goals. I am passionate about empowering clients towards achieving their life potential by understanding and overcoming obstacles and unhelpful patterns they encounter. In my work I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches and interventions. My work is strongly trauma orientated with EMDR being my main modality of practice. Some of my other therapeutic approaches include: ACT, mindfulness, DBT, other trauma-orientated modalities such as: havening and Internal Family Systems.
