About Me

I am an Asian-American therapist in the Bay Area who grew up in China, Australia, and the US. My treatment approach is strengths-based and interactive. I work with adults who are interested in making constructive changes related to personal, work, and relationship stress, healing from past traumas, and learning how to “unstick” from spirals of negative thoughts and frustration.

Education & Experience

UC Berkeley - Master of Social Welfare with a concentration in Community Mental Health. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and focus on evidence-based interventions. My experience includes working as an on-site counselor at Google, a therapist at Kaiser Permanente’s Department of Adult Psychiatry, and as a psychiatric social worker at Yale New Haven Hospital.
