About Me

As someone who has had the privilege of working in the social work field for over 10 years, it has allowed me to work with people from all walks of life. Regardless of how hard people have worked to forget the pain, hurt, and traumas of their past, it creeps up in unexpected ways. My purpose is help others heal from the negative thoughts, feelings, and past emotions that still hold them back today. Let's work together so you can finally have peace and move forward with your life.

Education & Experience

I graduated with my Masters Degree in Social Work in 2008. As a professional, I had the fortune to work with people in various populations to include people dealing with grief loss, end of life, caregivers, chronic and terminal illness, Veterans, children and parents who were involved in the court systems, and individuals with all sorts of trauma. However, in all my work, many of the women with whom I worked with were often in roles in caregiving, felt that they were forgotten while managing all the multiple roles due to societal expectations and often felt stuck, trapped, and unfulfilled because of their life circumstances. My role as a Mental Health Therapist is to empower these women to overcome the guilt, shame, regret, and other negative thoughts and emotions that prevent them from moving forward. My goal is to help these women heal from the past traumas so they can finally embrace a new life full or positivity and path.
