As a fellow human being and licensed trauma therapist, I can appreciate what it's like to be an individual engaged in healing work. It can be scary to revisit the past. I am committed to helping you experience an environment that normalizes symptoms allowing you to heal from painful wounds and experience relief to view the world through a new lens that you may never have thought possible. I am committed to ongoing research & learning new therapeutic techniques to enhance my practice. I am dedicated to allowing you to experience an environment of safety without judgment to be free to let go of the heaviness of being burdened by a wounded past.
