About Me
My practice is foundationally social justice oriented. I take a holistic and integrative approach to wellness, informed by person-centered and feminist therapies. I use Internal Family Systems, Narrative therapy and EMDR as tools for healing and integration. I work with adults and teens 16+. The population I predominately work with is LGBTQIA+ community and those experiencing PTSD and complex trauma.
Education & Experience
I got my undergraduate degree in holistic psychology and sociology with a track in art therapy in Cambridge MA. I moved to Washington State for graduate school and attended Bastyr University for counseling psychology, which is an integrative, holistic focused educational institution. I have been trained in EMDR and integrate Internal Family Systems into my EMDR practice.
