The core of each of us is whole and perfect. This is the belief that underscores my work and life. Whatever part or parts of you feels stuck, broken, lost, confused, stressed or hopeless, I want you to know that there is hope, and you can have some clarity. In fact, healing has already begun just by you deciding to seek help. You are not alone, and I look forward to working with you. I am clinical trauma professional who uses an integrative approach to healing. Within this work is helping clients with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms, family/relationship stresses, parent-child problems, post-divorce recovery and grief counseling.
