Dr. Rebecca Wilson, PsyD

About Me

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other mindfulness-based, experiential, emotion-focused approaches that will help you cultivate self-compassion and acceptance, and process past negative experiences. I work with trauma in a way that is safe and honors the pace that feels right for you, while it also being highly effective at relieving trauma-related symptoms. My style is warm, engaging, and open. I specialize in men's issues across adulthood and frequently help men connect to their emotional intelligence and their capacity for depth in relationships. I work with a range of traumas including sexual trauma, abuse, sudden illness and death, and car accidents. I welcome people of all backgrounds and cultures to my practice and honor each person's unique lived experience.
