About Me

Dynamic Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory status here to support your personal growth in life. I work with adults and children alike. My training in family therapy, Trauma, Neuro-behavioral, with applications in hospital, private, and community settings will support you to manifest the sustainable change you are seeking for your future. I enjoy working with all ages using specialized modalities like EMDR, IFS, CBT, and PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy) to decrease challenges in the lives of children and adults. I've also partnered with, refer to, and supervise Counselor Trainee, April Hites - CT. Eugene Bell said we should "Aspire to inspire before we expire." My hope is to use evidenced based practice and clinical experience to generate a substantial change in your life! It is possible. You no longer have to feel like life is quick sand. This can be your first step into a happier tomorrow.

Education & Experience

Much of my education and training occurred in Connecticut. I graduated from Naugatuck Valley Community College with an A.S in Legal Assistance. I transferred into a four year degree at Central Connecticut State University receiving a B.A in Psychology. I then went on to get my M.S. in Counselor Education at Western Connecticut State University. I current hold licensure in the state of Connecticut as and Licensure with supervisory designation in the state of Ohio.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

I currently service Healthy Baby Court here in Ohio to serve families with parents who have been incarcerated due to substance abuse issues. It is a full interdisciplinary collaborative seeking to support those with substance abuse disorder to maintain sobriety, establish positive coping skills, and be reunited with their children.
