About Me

IN PERSON and VIRTUAL I work with adults and teens who seek to feel happier, manifest improved versions of themselves, facilitate and maintain meaningful relationships, and find purpose and greater enjoyment in life. I specialize in the treatment of LGBTQ+ concerns, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, self-esteem, parenting & family struggles, & life transitions. Sessions are customized for each individual and are highly active, with both therapist and client engaged in identifying core problems, goals, and solutions. The ultimate goal in therapy is for clients to leave feeling better about themselves, their relationships, and their lives. I am a trauma informed therapist with training in EMDR. I utilize an eclectic array of therapeutic interventions including: CBT, DBT, & ACT, We'll explore how your perspectives, behaviors, relationships, & life experiences influence your self-worth and mood. Therapy with me is collaborative, aiming to bring about greater efficacy & satisfaction in life and relationships. I understand that initiating therapy can be daunting.
