About Me

Sadie Schultheis, MS, LMHC has worked with a variety of clients and families including residential crisis facilities, outpatient behavioral health programs, and private practice settings. Sadie prefers a diverse clientele with a passion to promote their self-growth, development, and empowerment.

Education & Experience

Sadie graduated with her master of science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Jacksonville University in 2017. Sadie's specialty is providing services to those who experienced trauma and are eager learn how to manage difficult emotions in a healthier way. Sadie also engages active parents to learn by learning skills related to stress management, positive parenting, behavior management, and effective communication. Sadie is certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and has treated patients as young as 3 years old. She is also trained in EMDR therapy. Sadie has a history of treating PTSD, complex trauma, childhood maltreatment, community violence, and traumatic grief.
