About Me

My theraputic approach is honoring the Mind, Body, and Spirit. Honoring the wisdom each of us hold inside, it may feel lost but it’s never gone. There is more than one way to get wherever you want to be, it’s just a matter of nurturing the answers you hold inside. I show up as a human first, honoring the subtleties of the therapeutic process being a collaborative one. Holding safety and connection as most important in our work together, supporting the process of coming home to yourself. I have extensive training in trauma resolution, specializing in working with people who experience Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Relational Trauma, Substance Use. Together, we explore what treatment approach feels right for you. Getting a step closer to breaking free, becoming the most authentic version of yourself.
