I did my undergraduate work at the University of Virginia, and my graduate work at the University of Santa Monica, specializing in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Spiritual Psychology. I am a formerly credentialed teacher (K-Adult). I have worked at ChildNet Youth and Family Services, Mental Health America, and at College Hospital's Partial Hospitalization Program, as well as at Del Amo Hospital. I have been in private practice since 2013. It is an honor to assist people on their journey to greater life satisfaction and wellness.
