About Me

NEW CLIENTS WELCOME! Finding the right therapist isn't easy. We acknowledge the stressors experienced in life, and hope that you'll find a free consultation a nice way to see if we are the right fit for what you’re needing support with now. We practice from an individualized perspective, catering to meet your needs rather than offering therapy in a "one size fits all" modality. Sarah Murray, LCSW (practice lead) has over ten years clinical experience. She identifies as a white cisgender straight female, recognizes her privilege as such, and strongly welcomes individuals whose identity differs from hers. I have experience working with children, adults, and families. I specialize in treating children and adults who have experienced trauma and I am EMDR trained and have been practicing EMDR for over five years. A second area of specialty is working with women experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum depression and anxiety. I strive to support my clients on their life journey in a way that feels collaborative. I tend to be flexible and adaptive when it comes to my therapeutic style, conforming to individual needs of my clients. I'm very responsive to client outreach, so please don't hesitate to drop me an email or phone call!
