About Me

Scarlet Chancey, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Master Addiction Counselor, Certified Trauma Professional and an Approved Clinical Supervisor for the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Certification Board of Georgia. She is an EMDR and DBT trained therapist. Mrs. Chancey began her career working in community mental health working with families in crisis. Her professional experience includes working in the criminal justice field with the State of Georgia and she has most recently been working in community behavioral health with a wide range of concerns including substance use, trauma, attachment disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and families facing legal issues. Mrs. Chancey is committed to helping others without judgment grow through their struggles, heal from their pain, and move forward to where they want to be in life through a cognitive behavioral approach. She is dedicated to providing a safe place to promote courage, acceptance, grace and empowerment.
