- Over 23 years as a US Army Chaplain serving soldiers and their families, with over 23 years of administrative, resource management, counseling, and public speaking experience - Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling; I'm a Kansas Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), a LMFT for the states of Tennessee, Kentucky and North Carolina, and a Clinical Member of AAMFT - Demonstrated competence in the areas of leadership training, coaching/mentoring a large staff, public speaking and counseling - Currently, an On-line Instructor with Northwest Nazarene University, Nampa, Idaho - Extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive family life enrichment programming - Able to speak and write well and proficient in the use of computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Office, Power Point and Excel
