About Me
I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 3 years of experience counseling and doing EMDR. Before this, I worked as a social worker for the state of Florida. I specialize in trauma, and I incorporate ego-state therapy and polyvagal therapy interchangeably as the client is open to the different modalities to treat trauma. Personally, I am a mother of three adult children. I am married, and my hobbies include making art, singing karaoke, and spending time at the ocean.
