About Me
When we allow fear to hold us back, we suffer. I believe that we all deserve balance and contentment. In order to achieve this, I take a holistic approach, looking at the person as a whole in terms of their body, mind, spirit, community, etc. I use humor to bring levity when it is needed. I take a compassionate approach, allowing for a safe and trusting environment for my clients. I specifically enjoy connecting with women through their struggles with motherhood, identity, relationships and self-esteem.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Rhode Island. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Miami and received my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University in 2011. Since that time, I have been providing counseling services in a variety of settings including home care, hospitals, agencies and currently through my private practice.
