Siobhan Florek, LCSW
I support and guide adult clients as they learn to better cope with life challenges, including grief and loss, stress and anxiety, trauma and the intergenerational legacies of trauma. I use EMDR along with mindfulness-oriented therapies grounded in current neuroscience to help clients discover a sense of safety, calm, purpose and connection with themselves and others.
Education & Experience
University of Texas-Austin School of Social Work, MSSW I have training and experience using a variety of mindfulness-based, experiential therapies, including EMDR, IFS, attachment-focused and coherence therapies.
