About Me

I believe that each person has a unique story and I stay curious as to what that is. I believe in holistic care and love to incorporate other modalities to create a greater sense of healing. That is why I created the Compassion Wellness Center. I am Level 2 trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Level 2 trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I trust in the power of attunement to my clients; by creating a safe space for them to be heard and loved, powerful changes can occur. If you're feeling stuck, I hope I can provide a safe, comfortable place for you to navigate those rough waters and get you to the shore. We are made to be in community, so I focus on healing the connections in relationships and also lean towards a solution-focused mindset. I love working with adolescents through adults. I specialize in trauma therapy, working with teens, grief counseling, life transitions, divorce, relationships and EMDR.
