About Me
I have over six years experience working in a multitude of diverse settings both in and out patient; working with Veterans with severe mental health conditions and combat related post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I enjoy providing psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, bereavement, moral injury, depression, and concerns with attachment. I am able to provide longer sessions for more intensive treatment, upon request.
Education & Experience
I am trained in standard Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and advanced techniques such as: FLASH, Desensitation of Triggers & Urge Reduction (DeTUR) and Mark Grant's PAIN protocols. I also have certifications in Social Skills Training (SST), Skills Training in Affective & Interpersonal Regulation (WebSTAIR), Emotion Focus Tapping (EFT), Problem Solving Skills Training (PST), Life Goals and Whole Health.
